Okay, here's the deal: I just got enough money today in MCLA to unlock the vinyl shop for the Boss 302. For some odd reason, the game is not letting me paint the stock vinyls white, which is starting to make me mad. So, is it even possible to paint the vinyls that come on a car when you buy it? I've seen 302's on the forum that have the stock vinyls painted a different color and I'm wondering if they're custom made or not.
I've got a question about the MCLA '69 Boss

Sadly no, but i think remaking boss stripes wouldn't be too difficult, probably achiveable in under 30 layers though.
I really want a red and white boss damnit.

Ah, I guess I'll fill you in on the secret.......
Paint the car the color you want the stripes to be.
Now make a square vinyl in the color you want the CAR to be, and stretch it to cover the driver's side of the car. Now copy the factory vinyl on the driver's side. Delete the original, and paste your copied one. Make your copied one transparent using the mask options. You should now have the stripe showing through as the color you painted the car below the vinyl you put across the side. Now repeat the process for all sides......

A picture is worth a thousand words right?
So in this pic, the CAR is painted white.
The blue is just large square vinyls stretched across the car.
The original stripe was copied and then removed.
The copied stripe was applied and made transparent, showing the white paint throught the blue vinyl.....

Thanks Will! I need to keep that in mind so I can always change the stripe colors back if I feel like it.
